Still On Track, But Had Some Tiny Lapses…

Monday was a good day for the Year of Discipline. I stuck to the eating plan, making sure I didn’t overindulge. Breakfast and lunch were the usual. For dinner, we ordered Chinese food. I had a Philadelphia roll, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, and crab rangoon. I think I ate a tiny bit more than I should have, but I didn’t feel stuffed so I think I was okay. I had worked out earlier that day, so I felt good.

I followed Monday up with another strong day Tuesday. Stuck to the eating plan. Breakfast and lunch were easy, as always. We had Chinese food again for dinner. I had essentially the same thing as the night before. But, this time I added lomein. I think the lomein pushed me into a little too much to eat. Again, I didn’t feel stuffed, but I definitely ate more than I should have.

Wednesday, I stuck to the plan again. Breakfast and lunch were on the program. For dinner, we had chicken with lima beans and asparagas. So, I did stick to the meal plan, but I didn’t work out. I’ll have to work out tomorrow, which is my normal off-day. I haven’t weighed myself in about a week, but I will tomorrow. Hopefully, I’ll be pleased with the results.
